DNA and RNA in the blood of children with hemorrhagic vasculitis
The purpose of our work was to study the quantitative content of RNA and DNA in the blood of children with hemorrhagic vasculitis as the pathological process develops and during treatment, which will reveal some aspects of the pathogenesis of this disease. We used the method of separate quantitative determination of nucleic acids by RG Tsanev and GG Markov. The results are expressed in mg% P.
