On changes in the cardiovascular system in young obese patients

Abstract

We observed 13 men and 12 women with metabolic-alimentary obesity (age - from 20 to 43 years). Have 13 people. there was obesity of the I degree, in 10 - II and in 2 - III. 22 patients had various complaints, including pain in the region of the heart - in 19, headache - in 10, dizziness - in 5, shortness of breath - in 6. An increase in the size of the heart was found in 23 people, muffling and deafness of tones - in 24, accent of II tone on the aorta - in 3, tachycardia - in 6.
