Dynamics of the systole phases of the left and right ventricles of the heart in patients with myocardial infarction
Numerous clinical observations indicate that with myocardial necrosis, the contractile function of not only the left, but also the right ventricle is impaired. This prompted us to study the dynamics of the contractile function of the left and right ventricles in patients with myocardial infarction, as well as to determine the effect of the necrosis focus on the contractility of the right ventricle and the timing of its recovery.
