Gastric acid secretion in patients with duodenal ulcer before and after selective vagotomy with pyloroplasty

Selective vagotomy with pyloroplasty was performed by us in 105 patients (in 94 men and women aged 19 to 60 years). Before and at various times after the operation, we examined gastric secretion in all patients according to the method of K.M.Bykov, I.T. Kurtsin, modified by E.S.Myasoedov, V.S.
