Surgical treatment of mitral stenosis in children and adolescents
From 1968 to 1972, 11 children and adolescents aged 11-16 years (6 boys and 5 girls), suffering from combined mitral heart disease with a predominance of stenosis of the left venous opening, were operated at our clinic.
