Abstract

A number of authors assign bronchoscopy an important place in determining the operability of lung cancer. Among endoscopic symptoms, most surgeons distinguish between absolute and relative signs. There are significant contradictions in the assessment of the symptoms revealed during bronchoscopy - some authors consider similar symptoms to be absolute, others - as relative signs of inoperability.
