A case of a combination of rectal cancer, kidney abnormalities, and incomplete inversion of internal organs
Sh., 63 years old, was admitted to the clinic in a planned manner on 18/4 1979 with a referral diagnosis: postcholecinstectomy syndrome. Complains of constant pain in the right hypochondrium, aggravated by eating, constipation, occasionally blood in the feces, frequent urge to stool.
