About the graphic representation of the results of measurement of intragastric pH by electrometric method
Before statistical processing of the results of studies of intragastric pH-metry, there is no need to recalculate from pH to [H +] and vice versa, as this is contrary to the practice of potentiometry. Since, with the exception of ultra-acidic environments, the negative decimal logarithm gives a positive number, the graph is built, according to the canons of mathematics, in the 1st quadrant, and not in the 4th.
