The value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of abdominal pregnancy
In some cases, it is very difficult to establish abdominal pregnancy according to a clinical examination. Ultrasound echography may play a leading role in the diagnosis of this pathology.
We present our observation confirming the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of full-term abdominal pregnancy.
