Giant posterior mediastinal cyst simulating congenital heart disease

Tumors and cysts of the mediastinum can cause dysfunction of any organ located in this anatomical region. We give an example of the development of a clinical syndrome of congenital heart disease in a giant cyst of the posterior mediastinum.
