The way of adjustment control of all safety clutches of a combine harvester from one rotation shaft through chain and belt drives has been worked out. It includes the shaft halting in turns that gets driving through the checked clutches. Then one shaft is rotated and torques are measured one by one in checked clutches.
In this article the construction оf the simple pinion differential lock and the relations for the determination of its strength properties are presented.
Analytical dependences were suggested for rear and operational verges' sideviews' designing for minimal power consuming rotor ripper's cog. The rear verge's sideview's shaping was carried on with its soil non-contortion work requirements' meeting. And the operational verge's - on a basis of a step-by-step algorithm, that provides its movement in the soil by minimal vertical workload with given (optimal) bias angle or its alteration's law.
The scientific bases of designing of means for moisture the savings in ground are given by synthesis of optimum structure and allowable technical decisions. The algorithm of search of the allowable technical decisions is given. On the basis of the description of interrelation between elements and their attributes and degree of conformity of an attribute the quantitative and qualitative estimation of the allowable technical decisions is given to this or that requirement.
The designed methodic of mathematical models construction allows to optimize MTA working parameters and regimes taking into account probabilistic character of external load and the method of control over exploitation parameters and algorithms of its realization according to the following criteria: the highest productivity of MTA and the lowest expenditure on a unit of work. The results of comparison of experimental and calculation data confirm aptitude of assumptions accepted in the course of designing of mathematical models and possibility of their application with accuracy which is sufficient for exploitation calculations.
Calculation results of promising family of some domestic combine harvesters are presented. Ten initial conceptual points of the offered methodology are stated. The recommended combines family should consist of seven classes according to the throughput capacity. To execute harvest works in optimum agrotechnical terms it is necessary to complete the existing park of combines up to 252 thousand units. It will lower the losses caused by grain fall, which accounts for 28,2 billion roubles per season.
