The new constructions of chain and asterisk are developed with the use of polymeric elements. The offered structures are free of the chain-drives basic lacks, such as a necessity of greasing, noise effect and insufficient working life.
Influence of shock and abrasive impact on wear process of the parts strengthened by hardening, induction welding and an electric-spark method is investigated. It is proposed to estimate wear resistance of the method of hardening on relative wear resistance, provided that hardness of the abrasive mass influencing working organ is considerably below hardness of strengthened surfaces.
An algorithm which can simulate cyclical stressedly-deformed state of pistons during a transient thermal load due to a tractor diesel engine operation, and evaluate their life time with an appropriate accuracy is presented. The estimation of influence of structural parameters of combustion of type of CNIDI (Central Scientific and Research Diesel Institute) chamber is conducted on the fatigue life of piston.

During the sowing by grain drill with the mechanical seed distributor the sugar beet seeds are damaged by hard seed ejektor blade (till 7%). This leads to the reduction of sugar beet yields. The development of seed distributor with spring-loaded seed ejector blade will help to solve the foregoing problem.
It is displayed that at a stationary condition of a loading wear of an adaptive friction coupling occurs at a torque equal to a nominal torque of a clutch, and clutches with a variable quantity of an amplification factor of a return coupling demand for wear increase in external loading in relation to a nominal torque.
Eccentric tool tightening chucks (ETTC) for application in conditions of repair manufacture with reference to the boring-and-milling machine tool were developed. The efficiency of a method of the morphological analysis for synthesis ETTC was shown. In particular, it is shown that the system-morphological approach allows to synthesize new constructive circuits of ETTC at a level of inventions and useful models. The established analytical dependences of coefficients of chuck reinforcement by the tool clamping were adduced.
Using mathematical models of internal combustion engines without forced aspiration and with an independent turbo-supercharging the decision of a return problem of definition of conveyance lath a fuel pump from a bent shaft rotary speed is received. Factors of the differential equation describing condition of internal combustion engines are defined. Control circuit of conveyance lath a fuel pump based on mathematical models was developed.
A modified design of sealing compound is presented. It allows to secure the significant resource increase of fixed sealing compounds on the basis of round section seals. Increased resource of the sealing compound is achieved so that additional annual grooves with a cross-section of an ellipse form with large segments of the axis are carried out. They are made symmetrically to the walls of the rectangular groove on the bottom of rectangular section groove and in the principal detail. It reduces relaxation speed of the contact stresses in the seal. High exploitational proofs are theoretically and experimentally confirmed by numerical simulation and by bench-top tests.
