Abstract

Dependences that allow to determine the temperature of nutrient medium in the hopper of mixing and fermenting tank with regard to the design parameters of machine are obtained. Based on the results of experimental research, the observed dependences of change of specific energy consumption are obtained; the optimum parameters of angles of tank wrapping by heat tape and level of tank filling by nutrient medium are determined.
