Features of mechanization of operations in storages of potatoes and vegetables are marked. Design development of domestic hopper store loaders of potatoes and vegetables, their design features, basic parameters and performance measures are described. Suggestions for organization of development and production of loaders are given.
For the purpose of determination of effective design of roller loading device, the researches of its various embodiments are carried out. It is found that maximum roller’s performance is obtained when force created by loading device applies on the opposite side of roller in relation to suspension point of traction bar and when work driver is located vertically.
