Organization of dental care residents of remote district of Ryazan area through outreach work in GBU PO "Dental polyclinic № 1»

Abstract

One of the main tasks of the dental service is the maximum coverage of sanitation and preventive inspections of the population. National Population Census (2010) and the national epidemiological survey of dental population (2007-2008) showed 100% prevalence of dental caries in persons over 65 years, and nearly a third of the population (26,3%) live in the Russian countryside. To solve the problem of providing dental care to residents of remote areas where it is absent, organized a mobile dental office.
