The complex analysis of a personnel maintenance of children's out-patient-polyclinic establishments of Ryazan

Abstract

In article the results of the analysis of a personnel potential on an example of children's out-patient-polyclinic establishments of Ryazan are resulted. The author had been studied the basic problems complicating activity of establishments of a primary link, and precisely – the provision by paediatricians, experts in the conditions of deficiency of financing under the given item of expenses, the dynamics of the quotient of pluralism, the level of a professional trainings of a medical personnel.
