Abstract

This article discusses one of the basic health and demographic problems of the Tver region - the high mortality rate, including those of working age. Analysis the prevalence and structure of the main causes of death; details analysis the dynamics of mortality from diseases of the digestive system, formulated the basic strategic approaches to creating targeted programs to reduce premature mortality. Set out in article approaches will facilitate the search for optimal management and organizational decisions by managers at various levels
