MOTIVATION OF STAFF - FUNDAMENTAL FACTOR IN THE CONTINUOUS MEDICAL EDUCATION AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT OF MEDICAL CARE

Abstract

Health protection is one of priority problems of social policy of the state. The present stage the special urgency is got with questions of quality of medical aid which cannot be considered separately from questions of preparation of experts and a supply with information during training and professional work, creation of system of motivation to increase of an educational level and rendering of qualitative medical services to the population, continuous education of medical workers of all levels. System of public health services one of complex branches of the national economy, demanding capital investments and change of personnel selection concerning the medical personnel.
