THE HISTORY OF APPEARANCE OF THE MEDICAL TERM CELL AND ITS IMPORTANCE FOR THE MODERN MEDICINE
The given article is devoted to the problem of appearance of the term cell and to the questions, connected with the history of its appearance. We describe in detail the extension of new meanings a given medical term and their role depending on practical medicine. To show how urgent the problem of medical terminology's study is, we give the modern interpretation of the history of discovery the term stem cell, which differs strongly from the traditional view of the problem.
