Abstract

The main problem at reconstructive interference in vessels of patients with obliterating atherosclerosis of lower extremity arteries (OAALE) is the restriction of outflow because of many level involvements. The revasculizative (остеотрепанация) of a shin is the alternative of amputation of the extremity. We suggest to have the combinations of revasculizative (остеотрепанации) of a shin with reconstructive operations on arteries of lower extremities and also in combination with lumber sympathicomy and roentgenoendovascular dilatations. (RED).
