PhotoMat is launched under the auspices of Wiley and University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. It aims to publish topics on sustainability across a wide range of fields including optics, electricity, materials science, nanotechnology, catalytic engineering, chemical physics and environmental ecology. It will focus on the emerging interdisciplinary disciplines of optics, including the cutting-edge development and application of advanced optical or optoelectronic materials and devices in green energy and environment. It is committed to lead the development of emerging disciplines by discovering and capturing new hotspots. PhotoMat is expected to make breakthroughs in the adjacent research fields of optics, optoelectronic materials and device engineering and to have a high academic impact.
The scope of PhotoMat is intentionally broad and encompasses relevant fields for sustainable energy and environment including but not limited to the following topics:
Recognizing the complexity of the issues, the journal particularly welcomes innovative interdisciplinary research with broad impact.
PhotoMat invites you to submit original research and review articles. All papers will be published online as soon as they are accepted and will be fully citable. In addition, there are no article publication charges (APC) as APCs are currently waived.
