TRUST-Habitat: a Testable Architecture for Proactive Health across People, Places and Time

Proactive health is often reduced to monitoring or individual behaviour change, but prevention, rehabilitation, geriatric care and community health depend on whether people can act safely in the places and time windows that shape daily life. TRUST-Habitat defines proactive health as a governed person-place-time capability. It integrates dynamic health state, behaviour-psychology feedback, spatiotemporal habitat and a trusted data space. The established longitudinal-agent competencies of coherence, continuity, adaptation and bounded agencyare treated as antecedents rather than as a new claim. The framework is organized around six testable propositions covering contextual predictive gain, adaptive benefit, longitudinal competence, habitat mediation, trust-dependent participation and equity-constrained optimization. Its practical contribution is an episode-based object that links measurement support, permitted action, causal pathway and distributional consequence. TRUST-Habitat is not a validated intervention; it is a structured research programme whose added complexity must be justified in prospective, community-governed studies that measure benefit, burden, safety and inequity.
