Zhigang Yu, MD, PhD, is Professor of Surgery, Vice President of the Second Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, China, and Executive Deputy Head of the Breast Group, the Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. He specialises in breast cancer prevention and the comprehensive management of breast diseases. He has led over 10 national and provincial research projects, including key initiatives in breast disease, and has published more than 100 papers. He serves on the executive committees of several major surgical and oncological societies, including the Chinese Society of Breast Surgery (CSBrS), Chinese Society of Breast Surgeons (CSBS), and the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO).

WanJin Hong, PhD, is Professor at the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology (IMCB), A*STAR, and the National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore. As IMCB's Executive Director from 2011 to 2023, he fostered scientific leadership and spearheaded innovative technology platforms. His research focuses on membrane trafficking and cancer signalling, with seminal discoveries including the identification of TAZ as a Hippo pathway oncogene and the first druggable pocket in TEAD transcription factors—a breakthrough now guiding multiple cancer therapies in clinical trials. He is a Fellow of the Singapore National Academy of Science (SNAS) and received the President's Science and Technology Medal in 2022.

Andrew Green, PhD, is Associate Professor and the Interim Director of the Nottingham Breast Cancer Research Centre in the School of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the University of Nottingham, UK. He has over 30 years of experience in breast cancer research. His work focuses on molecular pathology, digital pathology integration, and the investigation of metabolic pathways as therapeutic targets in aggressive breast cancer subtypes. He has contributed to over 350 peer-reviewed publications.
