Through the full wet leaching of multiple components in vanadium tailings using oxalic acid solution, the influences of oxalic acid concentration, leaching time, leaching temperature, and water-to-ore ratio on the leaching rates of valuable elements were examined. The results indicated that under the conditions of a leaching temperature of 150 °C, an oxalic acid concentration of 20%, a reaction duration of 150 min, and a water-to-ore ratio of 10:1, the one-step leaching rates of iron, vanadium, and titanium exceeded 99%. Moreover, the asynchronous extraction of vanadium and titanium resources at temperatures of 160 and 180 °C was realized. This verified the feasibility of the asynchronous extraction process for multiple valuable components from vanadium tailings, providing data support for the clean recycling and utilization of vanadium tailings.
