Hong-feng Chai
Hong-feng Chai is a professor-engineer and a vice-president of China Union Pay (Company Ltd.), the director of the National Laboratory of Electronic Commerce and Payment, a visiting professor at Fudan University and an adjunct professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research interests and areas include information management and electronic engineering management.

Qing-qing Chang (1990–‚), female, born in Qingyang, Gansu Province, a graduate from the University of Sydney with a master’s degree in professional accounting, is an assistant lecturer at Xi’an International Studies University and teaches such courses as taxation (UK), performance management, management accounting, accounting principle. Her research interests and areas include accounting, management accounting, taxation, macro-economics and micro-economics.
Ning Hui
Ning Hui (1973–‚), male, born in Zizhou, Shaanxi Province, is a senior economist and an employee of Petrol China Changqing Oilfield Company. He published more than 60 papers, and was awarded the First Award of the National Scientific Research and Management Innovation Awards. His research interests and areas include organization management, project management and engineering management.

Wen Ling
Wen Ling, was born in 1963. He holds a Ph.D. of engineering. He is a professor, doctorial supervisor, national model worker and national outstanding post-doctorial candidate. He is listed in the New Century Talent Project and receives special government allowances of the State Council. He is the president & CEO of Shenhua Group Corporation Limited. His research interests and areas include coal-based energy engineering and engineering management.

He Liu
He Liu (1961–‚), male, a native of Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, Ph.D., professor-engineer and deputy chief engineer of the Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration and Development, CNPC, is mainly engaged in the scientific research in the capacity increasing and modification of low permeability reservoirs, separate layer injection production, wellbore control engineering technology, etc. His research interests and areas include energy development, engineering philosophy and engineering management.

Steve Hsueh-Ming Wang
Steve Hsueh-Ming Wang is a professor and chair at the Engineering Science Management Department, University of Alaska, Alaska. He received Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Lehigh University in 1999. He won Annual Personal Award from Chinese Society for Quality and wrote a book, Six Sigma Project Management. He studied about ubiquitous computing for an RFID system innovation for health evaluation center of Chang Gung Memorial Hospital implemented by Six Sigma. His research interests and areas include sustainability, technology management, cognitive engineering and portfolio management.
