Xiqi Cheng received the B.S. degree in Communication Engineering from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, China, in 2022. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Information and Communication Engineering in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China. His research interests include HSR Communication, Mobile Edge Computation, Physical Layer Authentication, machine learning, and CSI generation.

Jingxuan Zhang (S’18-M’22) received the B.S. degree in Communication Engineering from Beijing Information Science and Technology University, Beijing, China, in 2017. She received her Ph.D. degrees of Information and Communication Engineering in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China, in 2022. From June 2021 to February 2022, she visited the Information Systems Technology and Design Pillar, Singapore University of Technology and Design, Singapore. From 2022 to 2024, she was a Post-Doctoral Researcher at BUPT. In 2024, she joined the University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB), Beijing, China, as a lecturer. Her research interests include ultra-Reliable Low Latency Communication, semantic communication, self-organization network, machine learning and resource management in 6G networks.

Xiaodong Xu (S’06-M’07-SM’18) received his B.S degree in Information and Communication Engineering and Master’s Degree in Communication and Information System both from Shandong University in 2001 and 2004 separately. He received his Ph.D. degrees of Circuit and System in BUPT in 2007. He is currently a professor of BUPT and a member of IMT-2030 (6G) Experts Panel. He has coauthored nine books/chapters and more than 150 journal and conference papers. He is also the inventor or co-inventor of 107 granted patents. His research interests cover semantic communications, intellicise communication system and satellite communications.

Shujun Han (S’18-M’20) received the Bachelor degree in Communication Engineering and the Master degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou, China, in 2013 and 2016, respectively. She received the Ph.D. degree in Information and Telecommunications Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China, in 2020. From 2018 to 2019, she visited the 5G Innovation Centre (5GIC), University of Surrey, UK. From 2020 to 2023, she was a Post-Doctoral Researcher at BUPT. She is currently an Associate Researcher at BUPT. Her research interests are in the next-generation mobile communication systems, with a current emphasis on ComAI (AI and Communication, Semantic Communication, Edge Intelligence), and Massive Ultra-Reliable and Low Latency communications.

Bizhu Wang received a B.Eng. degree from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2016 and a PhD degree from Queen Mary University of London in 2021. Since 2021, she has been working as a lecturer at the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Her research interests cover semantic communication, network security, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Mengying Sun (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in communication engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Beijing, China, in 2016, and the Ph.D. degree in information and telecommunications engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, in 2022. From March 2021 to March 2022, she was a visiting Ph.D. student with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada. She is currently an Assistant Professor with BUPT. Her research interests include mobile-edge computing, semantic communications, and AI-driven networking and communications.

Ping Zhang is currently a Professor with BUPT, the Director of the State Key Laboratory of Networking and Switching Technology, the Director of the Department of Broadband Communication of Peng Cheng Laboratory, a member of IMT-2020 (5G) Experts Panel, and a member of Experts Panel for China’s 6G development. He served as a Chief Scientist of National Basic Research Program (973 Program), an expert in Information Technology Division of National High-Tech R&D Program (863 Program), and a member of Consultant Committee on International Cooperation of National Natural Science Foundation of China. His research interests mainly focus on wireless communication. Prof. Zhang is an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
