Complex Engineering Systems (CES) is a gold open-access, peer-reviewed international academic journal established in 2021 by OAE Publishing Inc. The journal is indexed in Scopus, Dimensions, Lens, and ASCI. 

The Editor-in-Chief is Professor Wenwu Yu from Southeast University.
