Abstract

This paper reviews the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing interventions application for NATO treaty armed forces military personnel combat stress related disorders treatment and rehabilitation. The evaluation of the effectiveness of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy in treating acute stress disorders and posttraumatic stress disorders (PTSD) provided along with the description of the standard intervention protocol and EMDR therapy devices (bibliography: 17 refs.).
