Abstract

The article substantiates the relevance of improving the methodological apparatus of professional psychological selection of candidates for training in universities of the Russian Defense Ministry. The structure, content, psychometric characteristics and results of testing of new techniques developed in the course of complex research work, which are planned for implementation in the system of professional psychological selection of candidates for training at universities of the Russian Defense Ministry. are shown (4 tables).
