Abstract

The following components can be distinguished in the structure of the personal semantic system “internal picture of health” in servicemen: cognitive, emotional-evaluative and behavioral. Taken in the system, these structural components realize information and regulatory functions, as well as the function of emotional reinforcement. The strategic task of military medicine in the field of preserving and strengthening the health of military personnel as a psychological and social phenomenon is the formation of their personal system of meanings “internal picture of health”. It should be noted that the transformation of the psychological and social content of the phenomenon of “health” into the meaning of the life of a particular soldier is possible only with a personality-oriented semantic system “internal picture of health”, which should become the core and generalized dynamic semantic system responsible for the general orientation of life as a whole. The strategic objective of military medicine in the field of preserving and strengthening the health of a serviceman as a psychological and social phenomenon is the formation of a personal system of meanings “internal health picture” of resource-pragmatic and personality-oriented levels in conjunction with the improvement of their vitality at the psychophysiological and socio-personal levels. The tactical task of military medicine in the field of preserving and strengthening health as a psychological and social phenomenon is the formation of active dynamic semantic system of readiness for optimization of vitality among military personnel.
