Abstract

The article presents the experience of introducing a new preparation technology and early primary prosthetics after amputation of limbs in the rehabilitation of victims of injuries in peacetime and wartime and the possibility of using import-substituting technologies in clinical practice. The problems of primary prosthetics as an integral part of medical rehabilitation of patients after amputation of the lower limb are very relevant in many countries of the world due to the increased terrorist threat and a large number of local conflicts and road transport and occupational injuries. Regulatory documents establish the terms of early prosthetics up to one year after amputation. The technology of early restoration of the ability to move independently contains several successive stages of the coordinated work of the clinics of the Military Medical Academy and the G. A. Albrecht Center. Rehabilitation measures in the clinics of the Military Medical Academy with the participation of specialists from the G. A. Albrecht Center provides an example of successful interagency collaboration that promotes successful early rehabilitation of critically ill people. The developed technique of early prosthetics can be used to form a mobilization reserve in hospitals of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
