Abstract

The article presents the first Russian experience in a facial composite tissue allograft transplantation. An algorithm for the interaction of government agencies such as the Ministry of Healthcare and the The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation was being reviewed . The basic aspects of the preparation and conduct of the operation, followed by immunosuppressive therapy were being presented.
