THE GROUNDLESSNESS OF VARIABILITY OF THE EXPERT OPINION IN THE CASUS OF FORENSIC EVALUATION OF THE WEIGHT OF HEALTH HARMON ACCOUNT OFF RACTURE OF ANATOMICAL ELEMENTS OF ETHMOID BONE
The article is devoted to the expert interpretation of the usage of the definition p. 6.1.2. of the Medical criteria of the determination severity of the harm caused to the human’s health approved by the Order № 194n by the health Ministry of Russia the 24th of April 2008 in the anatomical elements of the fracture of ethmoid bone. The article shows the procedure of the expert analysis in a casus based on the principle of the examination of the topography of the fracture of ethmoid bone regarding to the anatomical architectonics of the bones of the scull’s basis. That feature is laid in the definition of the given paragraph of the medical criteria.
