Abstract

We presented the case history of successful surgical treatment of patient with aortic arch aneurysm, thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm and stenosis of brachiocephalic arteries. She was underwent hybrid reconstruction (open and endovascular intervention): open reconstruction of both carotid bifurcations and the right subclavian artery and arc and descending thoracic aortic endoprosthesis.
