    The article shows the results of treatment of 906 patients from 7 days to 17 years with hemangiomas integument cryodestruction between 2000 and 2012. Hemangiomas are benign and even tumors, often at the beginning of their development have a rapid, aggressive, and sometimes lightning, increasing the destruction of surrounding tissues, causing the braid as the arithmetic and functional damage. Most difficult to treat is the localization of the pathological process in the region but sa, lips, mucous membranes of the mouth, eyelids, ears and genitals. Treatment of hemangiomas in children should begin as soon as possible after diagnosis. We must renounce the expectant management of hemangiomas in children integ-ument. You should never rely on spontaneous regression of angiomas, which does not exceed 4,5%. Self-healing hemangiomas, especially at the present stage, occurs rarely and such cases should be regarded as an exception.

    Objective - study of activity of cysteine proteases - cathepsins B, L, H, and their endogenous inhibitor cystatin C, vascular endothelial growth factor in tumor tissue, skin and blood serum of children with hemangiomas. Material was obtained from 39 patients (42 hemangiomas) and 24 healthy children. It was found that the level of the studied parameters in serum and skin of healthy children regardless of the age of the child. Their activity in blood serum, skin, tumor tissue of patients with hemangiomas significantly higher than that in serum of healthy skin and children. A very large coefficient of variation for all parameters in all the studied biological substrates is not possible to use them as diagnostic markers.

    This paper presents the experience of surgical interventions in 35 children aged 3 months to 15 years with intra-abdominal lymphangioma different anatomical locations and organ supplies. Indications for use laparotomic and laparoscopic surgery. Demonstrated high efficacy in 27 patients with laparoscopic and Videoassisted operations.

    Benign liver tumors in children include neoplasms, unique only to childhood, as well as tumors that are more specific for adults. Although primary tumors of the liver constitute a small percentage of solid tumors in children, they are quite common in practice, pediatric surgeon and radiologist. The most common benign non-cystic liver in children education in descending order - infantile hemangioendothelioma, FNG, mesenchymal hamartoma, nodular regenerative hyperplasia and hepatocellular adenoma. Currently there is no single view of terminology, classification, diagnosis and treatment of benign hypervascular liver formations. The paper presents our views on this issue, the proposed algorithms for diagnosis and treatment.

    In work the analysis of the results of endoscopic sclerosed the esophageal varicose veins in 94 children aged from 8 months to 17 years with the syndrome of portal hypertension, observed in the clinic of children’s surgery of the Kuban state medical University from 1997 to 2013. In 73 patients with portal hypertension was determined by the extrahepatic portal block, in a 12 - intrahepatic block and the 9 - block of mixed origin. All patients were performed from 3 to 11 sessions sclerotherapy. In 82 (87%) patients as a result of the application of the method of endoscopic sclerosed veins of the esophagus has been achieved positive effect, in 12 (13%) cases sclerotherapy was ineffective, that would require the application of surgical treatment. The obtained results allow to consider endoscopic hardening of the effective method of treatment of varicose veins of the esophagus in children with a syndrome of portal hypertension.

    The analysis of the treatment of 113 children with abnormal vitelline duct was done. Full cleft duct - 13, duct cyst - 3, Meckkel’s diverticulum - 98. Among the complications of Meckkel’s diverticulum: intestinal obstruction (32), diverticulitis (30), peptic ulcer (24). Three children died at the age of one year.

    The present article deals with treatment results of 90 sick newborns at the age from 1 to 28 days being in SCChD clinic in Tashkent city on the occasion of NEC and its complications. By that the patients were divided into 2 groups: 1 group were 57 newborns with NEC 1-2 A with hypoxic damage of CNS, were 24 children with NEC accompanying with TORCH infection and without intestinal perforation; 2 group were 33 newborns with NEC complications with intestinal perforation. Depending on accompanying diseases, clinical course severity of main pathology, the principles of diagnosis and treatment NEC in the newborns, were developed. It allowed to get good results in patients with NEC. Surgical death rate at NEC newborns was 31,1%, general lethality was 15,5%.

    Childhood stomachaches are the most frequent cause of patient’s visits to the surgical department. Differential diagnostics of stomachache involves an ultrasonic scanning of the abdomen and pelvis minor in the first place. X-ray examination is conducted under strict indications and it is the most effective procedure for internal injuries. The studies with intravenous introduction of contrast medium are effective for injuries and diseases of the kidneys and urinary tracts. Computed tomography is performed for the differential diagnostics and for the maximum updating of the preliminary diagnosis.

    The paper consists of descriptions of the stages of the child’s treatment with IV degree high-voltage electrical burn anterior abdominal wall and lower limb with injury ileum, omentum, right femur, left shin, a total area of 15% of body surface. In the abdominal cavity: resection of the ileum with ileostomy, intestinal obstruction persists overlay ileoastsendoanastomozis and elimination jejuno-ileostomy, subsequently closed. Burn surface closed split skin transplants. Treatment of lesions of the right femur was carried out in external fixator. The patient was discharged on day 275 in satisfactory condition.
