VACUUM THERAPY IN CHILDREN WITH POST-ISCHEMIC NECROSIS OF SOFT TISSUES
Treatment of patients with wound defects of soft tissues related to trophic disturbances which is the complex section of reconstructive surgery. Two clinical observations have been presented. Patients with wounds of ischemic genesis the staged therapy of whom was carried out using vacuum assisted wound therapy. Negative pressure wound therapy is indicated.
