Current trends in car diagnostics and its influence on the teaching process

Abstract

Contemporary methods of car diagnostics and diagnostics equipment have been developed rapidly. So it is necessary to improve proper curriculums in order to upgrade students' qualification. This article reviews the experience of «Automotive electrical equipment» department (Moscow State University MAMI) and «Academy of Automotive Technologies». Also, the paper examines the requirements for experts in automobile diagnostics.
