Adaptive and methodical principles of swimming course at the initial stage
The paper reviews the basic principles of adaptation to the aquatic environment in swimming training at the initial stage. The author describes in detail the system of preparatory exercises, and also considers specific exercises for teaching "Backstroke" and "Breaststroke.
