Possible Risks in the Implementation of Major International Projects (by Example of the Black Sea Ring Road)

Abstract

In this paper the authors attempt to analyze the three main types of risks: financial and macroeconomic, geopolitical, and international, as well as technological and environmental. At the same time, the authors make the market optimistic that the creation of a modern transport infrastructure is so urgent problem that the Black Sea state, in any case be forced to take its decision within their territories, even without linking it with the unified plan.
