METHODOLOGICAL FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE ARCHITECTURE OF INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEMS

Tha paper contains the proposals on the organization of the development and deployment of intelligent transportation systems. Rational directions of creation of telematic transport systems are justified: development of system architecture, invariant to functional tasks, and the development of components, ensuring the solution of specific functional tasks.
