Generating of quality management systems within the general management control system in the field of higher education
The paper examines the questions of generating of quality management systems within the general management control system in the field of higher education. Due to its transparency this system will allow university to demonstrate the ability to produce products that satisfy consumer, constantly tracking and analyzing his needs. The basic purpose of the university will be the increasing satisfaction of the individual, society and state in educational services, training and scientific products.
