Training of mechanical engineers to improve the quality of Russian cars
The paper examines the problems of training of mechanical engineers in the present educational conditions, remaining much traditional character. At the same time one of the major problems today is to cultivate new approach to learning among students and professors. The basis of this approach is the analysis of the causes of the education degradation, elimination of defects at the early stages and taking appropriate corrective measures. Students and professors must understand that elimination of educational defects at the early stages is economically sound, because it requires the lowest costs with significant cost savings to achieve the required level of quality.
