The Economic Justification of the Process of Restructuring of Industrial Enterprises

Abstract

The development of competitive qualities of industrial enterprises appears to be crucial factor in the era of the globalization of economical processes. In this context the article deals with the discussion of the mechanism of economical substantiation of industrial enterprises reorganization; it also determines the list of conditions required for enterprises reorganization to raise them to a competitive level.
