Statistical Model for Evaluting Efficiency of the Wireless Computing Networks Functioning in the ESS Mode

Abstract

The considered model allows: 1) in the analysis mode to evaluate the efficiency of WLAN which functions in the mode ESS taking into account collisions of data packets-receipts transmitted through low duality communication channels, and 2) in the synthesis mode to select the threshold value of P, determining a rational combination of base access mechanisms and RTS/STS .
