General Regularities of Complex Dynamic Systems Operation

Abstract

The paper examines current issues related to the underpinnings of the functioning of dynamic systems, the general laws of governance which also apply to economic systems. As part of developing a systematic approach to management of national economies, taking into account the economic, social and ecological components, set priorities for research.
