On the Problem Statement for Adoption of IT

Abstract

The article is about the problems of evaluation of informational technologies at the technical-organizational systems control. To build the criteria of evaluation, one should consider the system consisted of separate modules with appointed functions. The author notes the significance of choosing algorithm of information processing and the necessity of evaluation of possibilities of control decision of mechanical implementation for logical design.
