Search of technical factors of the liquid submerged cultivation process of the mycoprotein strain
In this article was made determination of technical factors of the liquid submerged cultivation process of the mycoprotein strain Fusarium sambucinum D-104. Effect of pH-control on the growth of mycelium and the production of protein substances in a wide pH range has been revealed.
