Influence of the Human Development Index to the socio-economic policy
The Human Development Index was developed in 1990 and it is a major strategic tool of the concept of human development. It is an aggregate measure of the level of human development in a country, so in some cases it is used as a synonym for terms such as "quality of life" or "living standard." The indicator can assess the social and economic policy.
