Choice of optimal ways of protection of intellectual activity results in the field of engineering ecology

Abstract

The article considers the possible ways of protection of intellectual activity results in the field of environmental engineering. The main objects of protection, as well as corresponding legal institutions are defined. Gained results. Can be applied for all entities involved in the process of creation and commercialization of objects of intellectual property.
