Abstract

The experience and results of research of hardening modes of steel products 40H13 in a vacuum, in a single-unit and small-scale production is described. There is shown the effectiveness of high-temperature hardening with outdoors cooling of vacuum chamber. The mathematical model of the cooling of the vacuum chamber is developed. It allows the investigation of cooling modes and options for the construction of the vacuum chamber.
